Tiger's Eye (Gold)

A form of quartzated Asbestos (fibrous seams). It has silky reflections called chatoyancy as the light reflects off various layers of crystallised asbestos filaments. It was not well known to the ancients and was quite rare until relatively recently - when workable amounts surfaced in Southern Africa. It's smooth appearance produces "waves" of soothing vibrations (see also: Colour Significance).

Often used in the treatment of asthma, epilepsy, disorders of the eyes, throat and reproductive system. It can also aid with the strengthening and alignment of the spinal column and aids in the mending of broken bones. It is good for treatment of the digestive system, spleen and colon. Said to aid concentration, it focuses energy to meet challenges. A symbol of inner strength and personal empowerment, it encourages optimism, balances yin-yang energy and enhances creativity and clear thinking. It is widely used to stimulate wealth creation and to enhance personal stability to maintain it. Its smooth, rhythmic and soothing vibrations bring calmness in times of turmoil. Enhances personal power and will, strength and self-confidence.
